Mode of Action:

It is a systemic insecticide used to control sucking and biting insects by direct contact or ingestion
Inhibits and binds to the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE) which causes the nervous system to be disturbed

Antidote:

Infusion of Atropine 5% solution is very effective at the rate of 0.5g per hour till patient is cured.
