Mode of Action:

  • KUROX is an Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, which is responsible for inhibition of enzyme Acetylcholinesterase resulting into blockage in the transmission of nerve impulses in insects and mites.

Antidote:

Give atropine sulphate 2 to 4 mg intravenously at 5 to 10 minutes interval until the patient recovers. Administer 2 PAM, 1 to 2 g to be dissolved in 10 cc distil water and inject intravenously (very slowly) taking 10 to 15 minutes.
