Mode of Action:

MCPA 

• Selective, systemic, hormone-type herbicide, absorbed by the leaves and roots, with translocation.Concentrates in the meristematic regions, where it inhibits growth.
• It used as Post-emergence control of annual and perennial broad-leaved weeds (including thistles and docks) in cereals (alone or undersown), herbage seed crops, flax, rice, vines, peas, potatoes, asparagus, grassland, turf, under fruit trees, and on roadside verges and embankments, etc.

Ametryn

• Thiotriazine selective systematic herbicide absorbed principally through the roots, but also through the foliage, translocated acropetally in the xylem and accumulated in the apical meristems and leaves.
• It used as Pre- and post-emergence control of most annual grasses and broad-leaved weeds in pineapples, sugar cane, bananas, citrus fruit, maize, cassava, coffee, tea, sisal, cocoa, oil palms, and on non-crop land.
