Mode of Action:
It is a systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action, INDOSHEEN is an antagonist to the nicotinic acetyl choline receptor in the central nervous system, It works by interfering with the transmission of stimuli in the insect nervous system specifically it causes blockage in nicotinergic neuronal pathway, This blockage of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors leads to the accumulation of acetylcholine and excitation of nerve cell, It results in the paralysis and eventual death of the insect pests
