Strengthening Farmer Knowledge Through Field-Based Education

On 29 January 2026, Indoin Business Group held a Big Farmer Meeting in Desa Landah, Kecamatan Praya Timur, Lombok Tengah, as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting farmers through education and practical field insights.

The event brought together approximately 130 farmers from Desa Landah and Mujur. Designed as an educational gathering, the activity aimed to enhance farmers’ understanding of effective crop management while introducing practical solutions that can be directly applied in the field. The program included product presentations, interactive sharing sessions, and the showcasing of demonstration plot (demplot) results. Through these activities, farmers were able to gain firsthand insights into product performance and observe actual results under field conditions. 

Several products were highlighted during the session, including Indoboom, Vista One, Lamtador, Gibmor, and Alexander. The discussion focused on their application methods, benefits, and observed results from field implementation. The response from participating farmers was highly positive. Attendees showed strong enthusiasm throughout the event, actively engaging in discussions and expressing interest in applying the solutions presented. Many participants also expressed their expectation for similar activities to be conducted in the future, particularly in preparation for the upcoming tobacco planting season.

Through initiatives like the Big Farmer Meeting, Indoin continues to strengthen its engagement with farming communities by providing not only products, but also knowledge and practical guidance.
